Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white corn syrup
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir and cook sugar, corn syrup, water, butter and salt until sugar dissolves.
    Continue cooking in pan, without stirring (270\u00b0), until syrup forms a brittle ball in cold water.
    Now, add vanilla flavoring to mixture.
    Pour over warm popcorn.
    Shape into balls.
