Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Parboil potatoes for 10 minutes.
Cool and slice 1/4-inch thick.
Saute onion in butter until clear.
Add flour to onion. Remove from heat and add cream and Parmesan cheese.
Place potatoes in a shallow dish and pour mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
