Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, mined
    1 c. Italian tomatoes (undrained)
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. hot, cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Cook ground meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Return to skillet and add remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue simmering 15 minutes until sauce is thick. Serve over spaghetti.
    Makes 4 servings.
