Potato Bacon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Canadian bacon or thinly sliced, cubed turkey ham
    2 medium onions
    2 c. water
    12 oz. can evaporated skim milk or 1 1/2 c. regular milk, thickened with powdered milk
    1/2 oz. butter seasonings mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Spray pan with butter flavor pan spray and cook onions and bacon until tender.
    Stir in water and cubed potatoes and cook until tender.
    Slightly mash potatoes (leave some chunks).
    Stir in milk, butter seasoning mix, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir over medium heat about 10 minutes.
