Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.
Transfer to 3-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
While that's baking, melt margarine and mix with corn flakes.
Put this mixture on potato mixture and bake 20 minutes more for a total of 1 hour.
