Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix altogether.
Pour into baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Stick knife in middle; it if comes out clean or if it cracks in the middle, it's all done.
