Yellow Squash Finger Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yellow squash
    2 c. self rising yellow corn meal mix
    1 1/2 c. ice cold water
    2 eggs
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut unpeeled squash into finger style.
    Stir together the eggs, water, corn mix, salt, and pepper to taste.
    Dip fingers into mix, gently hit on the side of bowl so fingers won't be over covered. Deep fry in your favorite oil until golden brown.
    Drain well on a brown paper bag.
