Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran with extra fiber cereal
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 egg or 2 egg whites
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's All-Bran with extra fiber cereal and milk.
Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens.
Add egg and oil; mix well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Yields 12 muffins.
