Hamburger Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and rice. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
