Mom'S Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. (rounded) flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Pet milk
6 egg yolks
8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Beat egg yolks and milk together; add to flour.
Cook in a heavy saucepan until thick.
Add pineapple and salt.
Pour into 9-inch baked shell and top with meringue.
Makes 2 pies.
Serves 16.
