Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Make into medium size balls and roll them in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
