Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 cubes butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    salt
    pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes, brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.
    Add soda, salt and cream of tartar.
    Pour over corn in large bowl or cookie sheet.
    Bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir often.
