Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 can cream of mushrooms
Preparation
    Oil casserole dish.
    Place ingredients in dish, starting with potatoes on the bottom and ending with soup on the top.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
