Ski Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 or 4 Tbsp. milk
    2 medium firm tart apples
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. raisins and nuts
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese and milk together until consistency of salad dressing.
    Peel and dice apples that have been chilled.
    Add celery, raisins, nuts and apples to cheese.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
