10 Minute Chix Breast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless), pounded thin
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    2 large carrots, sliced paper-thin
    2 Tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Have butcher pound chicken breasts or do it yourself with a cleaver.
    Heat olive oil until medium.
    Lay breasts in pan and surround them with vegetables.
    Add sage, salt and pepper.
    Cover pan and cook on high about 2 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Turn breasts over and stir vegetables.
    Add wine.
    Cover again for another 2 minutes. It should be done if vegetables are cut thin.
