Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 large cabbage head
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Remove leaves from cabbage and immerse in hot water.
    Mix cooked hamburger meat, milk and rice.
    Make small balls.
    Place meat in cabbage leaves and roll.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Pack cabbage rolls in slow cooker or large boiler and cover with tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
