Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can water
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Put rice, onion soup and water in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Season with salt and pepper and stir.
    Place pork chops over rice mixture and cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
