Upside-Down Mince Gingerbread - cooking recipe

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Combine mincemeat, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar.
Place in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
