Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. pureed, cooked broccoli
    1 c. half and half
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir over medium heat until smooth and bubbly.
    Stir in cooked broccoli; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Stir in half and half and milk, heat to serving temperature.
    Serve with dab of sour cream, yogurt or grated Cheddar cheese on top.
