Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 6 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    shredded cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven.
    When done, slice in half longways.
    Be careful not to tear peeling.
    Scoop out the potatoes into a medium bowl.
    Add salt, pepper and butter; mix with beater on medium speed.
    Add milk and beat again for 1 minute.
    Scoop potatoes back into peelings and top with cheese.
    Bake again until cheese is melted.
