Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef *
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    6 corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, juice and tomatoes separated (found in Mexican food section)
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add onion, chili powder, cumin and salt.
    Layer meat mixture as first layer in 9 x 13-inch pan, then layer in following order: beans, tortillas, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Ro-Tel tomato juice, mushroom soup (undiluted).
    Top with chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
