Pumpkin Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pumpkin pulp
4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs (or 5 medium)
1 tsp. cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

Boil pared pumpkin in salt water until soft.
Drain well, put through food mill to make pulp.
In large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk and beaten eggs.
Stir well.
Mix together sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon then add to pumpkin.
Lastly, slightly brown butter and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into pie crusts and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 375\u00b0 until done, about 50 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
(Secret:
Use fresh pumpkin.)
