Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (3 lb.)
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 (2 oz.) jar olives (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour all the mixture into a large buttered casserole (large Pyrex glass), 11 x 14-inch, and top with sharp grated cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
