Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew beef
    4 to 6 c. cut-up potatoes, carrots and celery
    1 to 2 small onions, chopped or 1/4 c. minced dehydrated onions
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 to 2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 or 28 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and cook for 10 to 12 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
