Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    5 to 6 celery stalks
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 small head cabbage
    cooking oil
    soy sauce
    5 to 6 carrots
    1 small bunch broccoli
    1 red onion
    1 container alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Trim fat off stew meat and cut into desired size cubes.
    Wash and drain vegetables.
    Core cabbage and cut into quarters.
    To cut vegetables, cut at an angle and rotate 1/4 turn.
