1 Hour Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. buttermilk
all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Cream shortening, soda, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mix yeast in buttermilk and mix altogether.
Add flour to make medium stiff dough.
Roll out and cut into biscuits.
Dip in melted shortening and let rise one hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
