Garden Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked, peeled potatoes
    3 scallions
    1 c. diced celery
    1 peeled cucumber, chunked
    10 radishes, sliced or quartered
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 green pepper, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and Tabasco.
    Blend these and then add to potato mixture.
    Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour or until well chilled.
