White Bean Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cannellini (white kidney beans)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of thyme
    4 oz. Mozzarella low-fat cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until transparent. Add celery and cook until tender.
    Meanwhile mash beans until some chunks still remain.
    Add in onion mixture and all other ingredients except cheese.
    Form into eight patties 1/2 inch thick. Place on a nonstick baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with 1/2 ounce of Mozzarella on each pattie and bake for another 10 minutes.
