7-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 small pkg. radishes
    2 medium green peppers
    cauliflower
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    water
    6 green onions
    2 medium cucumbers
    10 oz. frozen green peas
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut lettuce
    and
    layer
    in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Chop and
    layer\tother
    vegetables.
    Top
    with Cheddar cheese. Place layer
    of
    lettuce\ton
    top.
    Mix
    mayonnaise, sugar and enough water
    to
    make
    it
    easy to spread.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of lettuce to seal.
    Cover dish with Saran Wrap and chill. Will keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
