Crispy Petite Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 drumsticks or 2 lb. chicken wings
    1 tsp. ginger, grated or juice
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 green onion, minced
    1 c. cornstarch for coating
    1/2 Tbsp. sake (Japanese wine)
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Separate the wings at the joints.
    Discard the tips.
    Rub with salt and rinse clean.
    Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1 hour or overnight.
    Dust the wings with cornstarch.
    Deep fry at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
