Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream potatoes until smooth, then add other ingredients and pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn heat to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
