Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. chicken broth
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 pt. light cream
tarragon
curry
Preparation

Simmer mushrooms on stove or in microwave until tender.
In soup pot, cook onions in butter until soft, but not brown.
Add flour and blend.
Add chicken broth and broth from mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, light cream and spices (to taste).
Heat to simmer, not boil.
Serves 10.
