Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ears corn or 2 cans Shoe Peg variety
    3 Tbsp. real butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 pt. whole milk
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter and smooth flour in it.
    Add milk, beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and corn.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Should take 45 minutes.
