Huntington Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen or 2 fryers
    2 c. macaroni
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Debone. Cut meat in cubes.
    Cook macaroni in salt water.
    Drain well.
    Thicken broth with the flour.
    Add chicken and macaroni to cheese and milk.
    Put in a greased pan or casserole dish.
    Brown cracker crumbs in skillet with butter. Spread on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
