Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cranberries
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 2 oranges
1 c. sugar
2 envelopes Knox gelatine
1 3/4 c. cold water
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Soak the Knox gelatine in 3/4 cup cold water.
Add hot mixture to gelatin and stir well.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Let stand for a while and add chopped apples, chopped celery and pecans.
Chill.
