Diabetic Semi-Sweet Dipping Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. paraffin wax
    1 Tbsp. liquid shortening
    1 Tbsp. liquid sugar replacement
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine milk powder, cocoa and wax in food processor or blender; blend to soft powder.
    Add shortening.
    Place over hot water and cook until wax is completely dissolved and mixture is thick, smooth and creamy.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar replacement and let cool slightly.
