7 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. All-Bran
Preparation

Combine 1 cup All-Bran and boiling water and set aside to cool.
When cooled, add Wesson oil and set aside again.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Beat eggs; add sugar.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in buttermilk and 2 cups All-Bran.
Pour first bran mixture into second mixture.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
