Strawberry Rhubarb Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb, cooked soft
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello

Preparation

To cook rhubarb in microwave:
Add 1 tablespoon water to 3 cups diced rhubarb and cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
