Chocolate Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo, soft
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
    Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.
    Add alternately with milk; blend well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Very good.
