Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. raw rice (Minute)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 2 small cans
    3 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Put raw rice in bottom of 9-inch casserole.
    Add cream of mushroom and celery soups and sherry diluted with water.
    Add diced celery and sliced mushrooms; mix.
    Skin and split chicken breasts, cover with foil.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
