Pecan Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in flour and pecans.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares. Yield:
    15 servings.
