Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy.
Add flour, a little at a time, until batter is still.
Fold in apples, coconut and nuts.
Pour in a greased and floured tube pan; bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Remove from pan after about 30 minutes.
