Cheese And Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced Spanish onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 (9-inch) pie shell in pan, unbaked
Preparation
    Cut onions into very thin slices.
    Saute in butter until transparent.
    Beat eggs slightly, add evaporated milk and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain, crumble and set aside.
    Put sauteed onoins in pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over onions then pour egg mixture over all.
    Bake at preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until done.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
