Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour in an oiled pan in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
    Make a Medium White Sauce; add 1 can peas and pour over salmon loaf to serve.
