Potato Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. hot cooked potatoes
butter
milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 c.)
butter
paprika
Preparation

Mash potatoes with butter and milk; mix in cream cheese.
Beat in egg, pimiento and onion.
Turn mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish or casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
