Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    pie crust dough
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Roll out pie crust to 12-inch round on slightly floured board. Fit into dish, trim edges, pricking all over with fork.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 5 minutes; remove to wire rack and cool.
