Nut-Filled Wreaths - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. almond
candied cherries, sliced
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and cream again.
Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in flour gradually to make soft dough. Remove 1/3 cup dough.
Mix in pecans, corn syrup and almond; set aside.
