whole salmon
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. dill
dash of salt and pepper
crackers
Preparation

Entice hubby
to
smoke whole salmon on smoker.
Chill. Whisk together the
sauce
in the order given.
Marinate a few hours to improve flavor.
Can thin with vinegar, if needed.
