Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. honey
5 c. milk
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
nutmeg
Preparation

In large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add yolks and honey; beat well.
Stir in milk, rum and vanilla. Chill.
Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and pour into glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
