Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until batter is smooth, but do not beat more than enough to remove lumps.
    Pour into well-greased popover pan (or muffin pan).
    Fill each cup 3/4 full.
    Put into cold oven set at 450\u00b0; bake 30 minutes.
    Don't open oven during cooking.
    Makes 9.
